Who We Are
Our Story
Street Bites started with one simple idea: take the food people love and do it properly.
No shortcuts. No frozen patties. No microwaved sauces. Just real ingredients, cooked fresh, served straight off the truck. We set up at Castlepoint because Bournemouth deserved better street food — and we were the ones to do it.
The brisket is the labour of love that started it all. Rubbed and left to sit overnight, then 12 hours on low-and-slow smoke until that perfect black bark forms. It takes all day. It's worth every minute.
The burgers are smash-style: thin, crispy-edged patties with a proper cheese pull and everything made in house. The dogs are loaded with whatever makes the most sense that day. And the sides — the loaded fries, the mac & cheese, the dirty corn — are built to be a meal in themselves.
We're not a chain. We're a truck. And that's exactly how we like it.
